Connect Gmail
Link your Gmail account to Velum in under a minute using secure Google OAuth.
Create your Velum account or sign in
If you don't have an account yet, sign up at velum.works/register. If you already have one, sign in to your dashboard.
Go to Settings → Email
Once signed in, navigate to your account Settings page and select the "Email" tab. You'll see options for connecting email providers.
Click "Connect Gmail"
Click the Connect Gmail button to begin the authorization process. You'll be redirected to Google's sign-in page.
Authorize with Google
Google will ask you to grant Velum permission to access your email. We request read access to your messages, the ability to organize them with labels, and to send the replies and messages you compose.
Velum syncs your inbox automatically
Once authorized, Velum begins syncing your inbox in real-time. New messages appear within seconds. Your initial sync may take a few minutes depending on inbox size.

Sends the replies and messages you write — only when you hit Send.
Your privacy is protected
Velum only reads and organizes your mail — and sends only the replies and messages you explicitly hit Send on. It never sends anything automatically or on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
